01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the em88 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and em88.

Your continued use of em88 following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with em88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of em88, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from em88 or had your account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are accessing em88 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

em88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by em88 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with em88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. em88 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, em88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. em88 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your em88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. em88 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify em88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

em88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. em88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

em88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at em88's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso; no currency conversion is applied.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. em88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the em88 cashier at the time of transaction. em88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the player's name.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. em88 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. em88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the em88 account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

em88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. em88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

em88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. em88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification: em88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the em88 platform — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

em88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any party. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the em88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule;

• Using the em88 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the em88 platform, its software, or its security systems;

• Colluding with other players or em88 staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward em88 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your em88 account;
• Accessing em88 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, em88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the em88 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

em88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your em88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

em88 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. em88 will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
